ABOUT JOYCE LAISERIN

Joyce Laiserin has more than 20 years experience helping adults learn how to use technology - with 15 years in the legal and professional services markets. She has spent the last 12 years designing instructional materials and writing end-user content, managing rapid-deployment teams that create documentation, consulting on Microsoft Office products, and advising training departments on organizational and staff development issues.

Her unique firm-centric instructional design approach focuses on translating business objectives into user proficiency by capturing firm best practices and uncovering how users use technology on a daily basis. Her user-centric materials are designed to increase user productivity and facilitate training.

Joyce has trained more than 5,000 professionals and written documentation that has been used in over 100 firms. Joyce was formerly the Vice-President of Premier Services responsible for Consulting, Content Development, Application Development, and "Tech Classes" for a leading international training company in the legal market.

Joyce has a BA in Education, advanced courses in Educational Psychology, and an MBA in Finance. She is a frequent presenter at meetings of professional organizations, including LegalTech, the SDA, and ILTA.
